About FUNdamentals


Hi, I’m Mrs. Natalie!  I’m the Owner and Instructor of FUNdamentals!!  I am a loving wife and mother of three, and now owner of this wonderful company (as of August 2016)! I’ve lived in Harford County my entire life, and I was very excited to take over a company that was created by a fellow Harford County Mom! The previous owner, Mrs. Jennifer, made FUNdamentals an incredible ‘Hidden GEM’ for parents of young children! The company has always been Owner Operated, which gives our members the comfort of knowing the smiling face teaching each class!

Since August, I have extended our Open Play Schedule to 6 days per week, and have added Many FUN Classes/Activities to our Program!  I have a passion for creating a FUN and energetic learning environment and helping our children expand their motor skills through FUN Gym Play.  I enjoy mixing my desire to teach and my outgoing personality to make our classes FUN and educational!  I am committed to molding the young minds of our future and the FUNdamentals program is designed to fit every child’s learning style.  I encourage your suggestions, as I want FUNdamentals to be the best place for all our families! I can’t WAIT to meet you and your family!!!


Our Mission:

We Encourage Childhood Development Through Interactive Play! Our goal is to have Parents and Caregivers spend time with their children in a FUN, Safe and a Socially Interactive Environment. Our FUN Gym is an intimate area which makes it possible to bring 1-2 children and still provide supervision! Being Owner-Operated, Mrs. Natalie is a familiar face to you and your child each visit! We offer a variety of Parent & Me Classes, Open Plays, Sensory Friendly Sessions, Birthday Parties, Play Group or Private Gym Rentals, and Family FUN Nights! Our Classes combine Music & Movement, Physical Activities, and Social Interaction! These three elements are used to introduce the fundamentals of Learning! We help your child try new things, all while growing their self confidence, social skills, and introduce the Fundamentals of Movement (climbing, jumping, sliding, swinging, balancing, etc).
